MAXCHELAT Mg for targeted magnesium supply
Provita Supplements has developed a new mineral feed material for targeted magnesium supply in animal feed: the MAXCHELAT Mg magnesium and glycine compound is a bulk element presented in double complexed form to ensure optimum bioavailability. MAXCHELAT Mg has a molar magnesium: glycine ratio of minimum 1:2. This new product complements the successful MAXCHELAT product line with Cu, Zn, Mn and Fe-Bis-glycinates.
Magnesium supports the transmission of stimuli from nerve cells to muscle cells and is therefore essential for the optimum interaction between nerves and muscles. A deficiency in this mineral causes the nerves to become hyperexcitable and thus results in nervous animals. Magnesium also has other important functions in the animal organism, as it is a component in healthy bones and teeth and activates more than 300 enzymes. It additionally supports bone elasticity and is one of the most important mineral components of cells, apart from potassium.
Supplementing feeds with MAXCHELAT Mg magnesium ensures that animals receive an optimum supply of this bulk element that meets all of their performance needs even in difficult metabolic environments.
