BIOSAFETY : our equipments are built in polyester sandwich panels - an extremely hard material which meets the food requirements in terms of cleaning and disinfection.
Our hatchers are designed with stainless steel profile for a better longevity.
HOMOGENEITY : the principle of ventilation is different from other manufacturers. It is a unique sytem of ventilation which ensures a better air distribution inside the machine.
Indeed, the position of the trolleys which are at the right angle of the ventilation system, brings a constant airflow on eggs from the center towards the endings of the unit.
EASE OF USE:
BEKOTO DESIGN = MULTI STAGE OPERATIONS AND SINGLE STAGE OPERATIONS WITH NO ROTATION OF TROLLEYS.
CARACTERISTICS:
BOX IN POLYESTER : Polyester sandwich panels, thickness 40mm, smooth surface which ensures a thermal insulation, no corrosion and improves cleaning and disinfection.
AIR-WATER COOLING SYSTEMS : Water cooling system provides with a double copper coils. Air cooling system manages with a turbine.
HEATING SYSTEM : Stainless steel armored resistance.
HUMIDITY SYSTEM : Ultrasonic spray nozzle (air/water) or pan with humidifier cylinders
